Reflections on Lake Garda.
Time stands still. I gaze at the colors of the lake. The waters areΒ transparent, but they reflect the green of the marine life beneath andΒ the blue of the sky above. The combination forms the shades of anΒ artist’s palette.
The sun slowly starts sinking behind the mountains.Β Their snow capped peaks glow just a little. The sky changes from blueΒ to pink and orange. The ball of yellow is now the moon. Full, round,Β glowing. Its reflection upon the lake keeps my eyes glued. My mindΒ still wanders. Could there be more to life than such raw beauty?
Welcome to my blog, The Shooting Star. Iβve been called a storyteller, writer, photographer, digital nomad, “sustainability influencer,” social entrepreneur, solo traveller, vegan, sustainable tourism consultant and environmentalist. But in my heart, Iβm just a girl who believes that travel – if done right – has the power to change us and the world we live in.
Looks like you stared at the lake for too long :P.
Nice pics btw.
Couldn’t take my eyes off it π
very good comment about the combination of colours above and under the water.
thanks π
Wonderful description, very poetic. I can’t help but notice the pattern of the white cloud that shaped like a letter A or a pyramid. Awesome!
